Start with the rotor weight and the largest diameter, then the distance between the bearing journals and how the rotor is driven. The machine finder on the products page lists the models that cover your weight. We confirm the choice in the quotation.

Rotor weight, largest diameter, journal diameter, distance between bearing journals, balancing speed if known, and the balance quality grade (for example G 2.5). A drawing or a photo helps.

In Türkiye, installation, commissioning and operator training are included in the machine price. For other countries we state installation and training in the quotation.

24 months for machines sold in Türkiye and 12 months for export.

ISO 21940-11 (formerly ISO 1940). The operator enters rotor mass, service speed and the G-grade. iBalancer calculates the permissible residual unbalance and shows whether the rotor is in tolerance.

Yes. Side and top drilling units are options on the larger horizontal machines. Balancia H-300+ has the top drilling unit as standard, and Balancia CNC-100 drills automatically.

Belt drive is standard. A shaft drive, connected to the rotor flange, is offered from the 300 kg machines upward for rotors that cannot be belt-driven, for example rotors with high air resistance.

iBalancer is supplied in Turkish or English. More interface languages are available with the multilingual module.

Compressed air at 8 – 10 bar from your own compressor, power, and the nozzle and flange sets for your turbo models. Turbo data come from the database in the software.
