About ATS Balance
Balancing machines and turbo service equipment from Ostim, Ankara.
ATS Balance designs and builds balancing machines in Ostim, Ankara, and supplies test equipment for turbocharger repair shops. Our machines cover rotors from 0.1 kg to 50 t and are delivered with our own measuring software, iBalancer.
Product lines
- Balancia: horizontal, vertical, shaft, cardan shaft and CNC balancing machines for rotors from 0.1 kg to 50 t.
- Voltana: balancing machines for turbocharger cartridges, up to 250,000 rpm.
- FlowBench XF-1 and WCT-X20: test equipment for turbo actuators and wastegate valves.
Installation, training and warranty
In Türkiye, installation, commissioning and operator training are included in the machine price. The warranty is 24 months in Türkiye and 12 months for export. Spare parts and maintenance visits are available for every machine we deliver.
