iBalancer measuring software
The measuring software of the Balancia machines, with its own versions for Voltana and FlowBench.
iBalancer
Runs on every Balancia machine. The operator enters rotor geometry, mass, correction planes and service speed. The software calculates the permissible residual unbalance to ISO 21940-11, runs the measurement and shows correction mass and angle for each plane.
- Separate polar display for each correction plane

- Run-out limits when the optional run-out sensor is fitted
iBalancer Turbo
On Voltana machines. Turbo data come from a built-in database. The measured unbalance is corrected by grinding the turbo nut.
Flowmaster
On the FlowBench XF-1: test programs for electronic and vacuum actuators and for digital and analogue wastegate valves, on a 23.8-inch touch screen.
