Privacy notice
At ATS Balance we process the personal data you send us in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This notice is provided under Article 10 of that law.

What data we process
- Identity and contact: name, company, job title, email, phone.
- Request details: the rotor and machine information you send by email or phone, and the content of quotations and correspondence.
- Security: the IP address, date and time and browser details that the web server logs when you visit the site.
Why we process it
- To answer your requests and prepare quotations.
- To handle sales, installation, training and warranty.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping commercial records.
- To keep the site secure.
Legal basis and how we collect it
We collect your data when you send it to us by email, phone or in person, and automatically through server logs when you visit the site. Legal bases: entering into or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), complying with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) and our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f).
Who we share it with
Only for the purposes above and only as far as needed: public authorities where the law requires, partners we work with for installation and transport, our accountants and legal advisers, Google, which hosts this site (Firebase Hosting, Google LLC, USA), and our email service provider. The servers of these services may be located outside Türkiye; any transfer abroad follows Article 9 of the KVKK.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as the purpose requires and for the retention periods set by law; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used for that purpose, know the third parties it is shared with, ask for incomplete or wrong data to be corrected and, where the conditions are met, deleted or destroyed, ask for these actions to be notified to the recipients, object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Cookie policy
This site does not use cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site; the pages do not send requests to other websites. When you open the site, your IP address, the date and time and your browser details are written to the server logs of the hosting service. If visitor statistics (for example Google Analytics) are added later, this policy will be updated and cookies will only be used with your consent.
