iBalancer measuring software

Every machine ships with iBalancer. The operator enters the rotor dimensions and weight; the software works out the permissible residual unbalance for the ISO 21940-11 quality grade, runs the measurement and shows the correction mass and angle for each plane.

Which machine fits my rotor?

Start with the rotor weight and the largest diameter, then the distance between the bearing journals and how the rotor is driven. The machine finder on the products page lists the models that cover your weight. We confirm the choice in the quotation.

What do you need for a quotation?

Rotor weight, largest diameter, journal diameter, distance between bearing journals, balancing speed if known, and the balance quality grade (for example G 2.5). A drawing or a photo helps.

Is installation included?

In Türkiye, installation, commissioning and operator training are included in the machine price. For other countries we state installation and training in the quotation.

How long is the warranty?

24 months for machines sold in Türkiye and 12 months for export.
